Our production line including our own mold shop, injection molding, electronic production line including SMT, COB and ICT testing, clean room service, assemble line and automation assemble line.

Quality is the most important things in our production line and our goals for it. We develop quality assurance test plan and testing equipment specially for our clients and provide pre-production validation before full production.

In production line, we are using 5-point quality control and based on ASQ level II on quality assurance.

After production, we have traceable data including materials source tracing, e-filling, lot and serial number for tracking.

We are hoping not only production line is focus on the quality, our management team, development team and supporting team are all putting that into the 1st priority which build-in with our philosophy.
